  • All passengers and personnel should wear face shields and face masks when accessing Mactan-Cebu International Airport Terminal premises and during their flight. Face shield should sufficiently cover nose and mouth.
  • Persons with incomplete documents shall not be allowed to board the aircraft.
  • Confirmed Round Trip Plane Ticket must also be presented (except for LSI and ROF)
  • Fill-out Province of Cebu Public Health Passenger Locator Form

  • Negative RT-PCR result and Quarantine Certification issued by DOH- Bureau of Quarantine;
  • Identification Card
LSI (Locally Stranded Individual)
  • Travel Authority issued by the Joint Task Force (JTF) Covid (CV) Shield
  • Valid identification Card

  • Valid ID from respective government agency
  • Original or certified true copy of a travel authority or order issue by the Department of Secretary or his designated official
  • Medical Certificate (Private APOR)
DOMESTIC TOURISTS/ NON-ESSENTIAL TRAVEL
  • Confirmed DOT Accredited Hotel/Resort Booking within the Province of Cebu (only those with CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE issued by the Cebu Provincial Tourism Taskforce)
  • Travel Itinerary
  • Round trip tickets/Travel details
  • Present a MEDICAL CERTIFICATE upon purchase of ticket (air, water, land travel) issued by any reputable doctor 7 days prior to visit.
  • Pass a SYMPTOMS CHECKING or SCREENING
